FDUEG, ISO 9001 quality management system

FDUEG has a dynamic structure focused on a UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certified Quality System. It has obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012.

The company develops all the phases of design, production and testing of products and services. Thanks to continuous technological updating, the selection of raw materials and the control and testing tests on its products, FDUEG is able to guarantee a high level quality management system, both on standard products and on custom solutions, developed in according to customer requirements.

All company processes approach are part of the company quality system and monitored to achieve continuous improvement effectively. The organization is built to respond flexibly to customer requirements: high level of service thanks to production capacity and monitoring of the various direct and indirect production phases.

Qualified resources, both junior and senior, are involved in all the activities of the Quality System, from the acquisition of the order, to the design, to the production and to the control to give the client a demonstration of his own realization abilities.

The company, training and informing its employees, pursues the requirements relating to safety at work and the environment established by European Directives and by Italian law to reduce hazards in the workplace.

The company mission is the search for innovative design solutions that allow to keep the products always at the forefront with respect to the state of the art and the commercial needs both at European and international level. Customer satisfaction is a central part of our business system.

The company operates in an international context both at the European and MENA levels and in the Far East. The quality system is managed by the Quality Manager, who works with the Marketing Manager and the Technical Manager to improve customer satisfaction.
